As a small business I do not offer refunds. If you are ever unhappy with a piece, you may return it in exchange for an alternate choice within 7 days of receiving your item. Shipping in this scenario will be at the cost of the buyer. If a piece is ever damaged somehow during shipping - it may be returned to me for repair, and I will send it back at my expense. I am fair, and understanding. If you are ever unhappy with a custom order piece after seeing final photos or receiving it - I’d of course - like to know why, and how I can rectify the problem. I am yet to have an unhappy client. I encourage you to ask all the silly questions, and be very clear and concise with any and all information and details involved with your purchase. I want each and every client to be ecstatic with each and every purchase. I reserve the right to refuse a return of any item - unless there is a very good reason for it.
